00 You could wear it and then you could take it off and you don't smell smoky after. >> Yeah. >> Oh, >> it's a gentleman thing. It's only gentleman's do it. Yeah. >> You gonna get a smoky jacket? That's a slurge. >> All my jackets are smoking jackets. >> Virginity is cool. >> Come on. Come on. >> Virginity is cool. >> Come on. What up? >> Leave that in. Leave that in. >> What up? >> Welcome back to another virgin episode of the Careful Boys. That doesn't even make any sense. Virgin Virgin >> is cool. Come on. >> Yeah, virgins are cool. I mean, virginity is cool. >> Um, hey, what's what's your guys' most recent splurge purchase? Splurges, if you will. >> I bought 25 cigars. >> 25. >> How much does that cost? >> Is that a lot? >> Lung cancer. >> Like >> 200 and something50ish.

50 Like 200 $300. >> But then I get a 10% discount if I bought 25. That's why >> they were smooth, too. They were pretty smooth. splurge with the plan. >> Yeah. Or else I would have just bought one. >> Damn. >> Feel about that cigar life. >> That just seems like a smart purchase. >> And I can mix and match. I don't know. It's splurging to me because literally you're burning money. >> So like how long does a cigar last when you like just buy it? Just chills as long as you're in room temp or good temperature. >> Oh yeah. It it could be aged like wine. You could It actually sometimes tastes better the the longer you have it. >> Yeah. >> Wow. And then you you're kind you have like you could like make it your you know favorite level of humidity. >> You should have just bought like 50 then that way you're for real by the time you get to the last part of the batch you're like chilling. >> I know. Huh. >> How many cigars do you normally buy at a

40 time? >> Like five or less. >> How many cigars do you smoke a week? >> Uh no it depends. Sometimes I'll smoke none and sometimes I'll smoke every day for seven days straight. >> A cigar every day. >> Yeah. But then that's where it's splurgy because okay I have cigars that some of them are like could be a hundred bucks for one stick. So then for me I'm I found a brand where I'm like okay this one's about 10 bucks so that's good. But if you think about it is splurging cuz you're just burning money like >> it's just literally going up in smoke. >> But you're having a nice time with it. >> Yeah cuz we did yesterday. >> We feel like fancy fellas. I inhaled a little too much and I felt a little queasy afterwards. >> Fancy fella. That's just what fancy guys do. >> It'd be different if you would bring it and just letting it sit there in your >> as incense.

30 Enjoy it. You know, it's nice. >> That's me sometimes with cigars. I I can't I can't smoke a lot of cigars for whatever reason. >> I got to find >> Hey, but do you have a What you should splurge on is obviously a smoking jacket. >> Ooh. If you really want to be a posh guy. >> What's the definition of a smoking jacket? >> That's what Hugh Hefner wears. Satin. You put it on cuz you do feel smelly afterwards a little bit, right? And like it sticks to your clothes. So you want a jacket. >> Take it off. >> Yeah, dude. And you could be part of a club. >> It looks like, you know, like when when a Fresh Prince turns his coat inside out. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> And it was meant for that cuz you know your clothes literally smells >> stink. Like it just gets soaked. >> Yeah. >> So then >> you could wear it and then you could take it off and you don't smell smoky after. >> Yeah. >> Oh, >> it's a gentleman thing. It's only gentleman's do it. Yeah. >> You wear you going to get a smoky jacket. That's a slurge. >> All my jackets are smoking jackets.

23 >> That's another thing. I don't know if you guys do this where like I love jackets, right? But I'll have like >> I don't know. I have like 20 jackets >> that I won't throw away and I never wear. >> You don't think you might need them like when it gets cold? It's going to get cold. >> Vegas. Yes. In Hawaii, you probably never need to wear them. >> It's going to get freezing cold here, right? and we go to Mount Charleston. You have to need all 20 of them. >> But I'll wear like one for like a day. >> Oh, okay. Here's >> still trying to ████ FIX THAT THE WHOLE TIME. THE WHOLE TIME WE'RE TALKING, >> Anthony Tech tips. >> Hey, hey, keep talking about smoking jackets, huh? >> I'll tell you I'll tell you my splurge while you uh fix TV. So, there's a guy that I that I met and he has this like beautiful show quality uh it's called a tea bucket. It's like a hot rod from the

14 40s. Super nice. But it's all like modernday uh like um >> are those considered like rat rods or no? >> It's a rat rod if it's like meant to look ratty. But this ████ looks like a freaking pristine like beautiful show car. >> And so this guy he he ends up buy like he buys like flood damaged cars and like for the parts and I guess there was a flood in Florida recently so all the freaking car guys went and bought all the cars that got flood damaged >> like Yes, another flood. >> Exactly. So, he bought a flood damaged Corvette, like the new the new Corvette. >> Oh, C like8 or whatever. >> Well, yeah, whatever those are. He bought that. Turns out that it um it wasn't even that badly damaged at all. Just needed a few things fixed. But when it's it's known to be in a flood, they salvage it no matter what. >> They go, "Ah, salvaged >> automatic salvage title." >> They're gonna be like, "We can't tell if it if it's worse than it is, so we'll

04 just write it at salvage." So, he got it at a steel. Come to find out, like the drivetrain, everything's actually really really great on it. So, he's going to take his T-bucket shell and he's going to remove it, make it even longer to fit on a Corvette chassis. So, you basically be rolling around looking like a freaking um like a 40s car on the newest Corvette. >> So, this guy goes, "I'm about to do that >> and I don't need everything else I had in the old car." He's like, "Do do you want to just buy all of it?" And uh and he he gave me a deal to buy the engine, the transmission, the headers, the um carb, the um exhaust, just every like the fuel regulator, all everything in it that I need for like the price that I would have paid for just the motor. >> Yeah. Like the whole power train.

54 >> Exactly. The whole power. I got off for 6K. >> 6,000. >> Dude, that ████ should be like 20. >> Yeah, it would be a 20k. And if I wanted to do that myself over time, it would be easily a 20k build. Is that splurging then? >> Cuz that sounds like a deal, dude. >> It's splurging because I completely don't need to be doing that ████ right now. I got a new mortgage and that's not in the cards. But I was I told Smack, I'm like, I'll never see a deal like this again. And I never have. >> I ████ hate when those things pop up where you're not ready for it, but it is a deal of a lifetime and you're like, >> stay ready so you don't got to get ready. >> You could literally sell your car now for way more if you ever do. Kind of. I mean, they're kind of money pits. No matter what you put in the car, it's never really going to go that good. But, but then it's it's I needed a new motor anyway cuz the motor I have burns oil and and it's it's so bad on efficiency

44 and gas. I was going to do that. >> Your cost per gallon, huh? >> Yeah. But even the base the base um price when I wanted to order a new blueprint like crate motor, it would have been 6,500 bucks just the motor. But then now I got and and his ████ has >> not even 500 miles on any of that equipment because it's it's just a show car. He only drives it to Craig Road in back and he lives in North Vegas. >> Wow. >> Yeah. So I got all that ████ bro. And and it's been in the shop getting all that stuff put in and and every day I I visit the shop and I'm like, "Hey, how's it going in there?" And they're always like, "Bro, it's going to be fast." It's all these like Mexican guys, they're like, "Brother, it's going to be fast." Man, >> that's sick. Yeah, because it's it's going to probably be like 550 horses on a like I think I think right now my horsepower on that's like 250 or so >> cuz it's like a old ass engine. But yeah, that to me is a splurge cuz like

25 the timing of it's ████ >> Yeah. >> But it's once in a lifetime though. >> It is once in a lifetime. And I wouldn't say that if like I'm only telling her that because I'm like I've watched the market for things like this for so long and I've never seen it. >> And if if you do see it's too good to be true. But this guy is just happened to be like and he gave me a good price on it because once I started talking to him, the dude is from ████ Bellflower. >> Oh, snap. >> Moved out here to Vegas. >> Wow. >> So, we're like ████ same area code. We grew up in the 562. Like, holy ████ Shooting the ████ We were talking. It took us four hours just to like chitchat and make a deal. And finally, he's like, "Yeah, man. I'll just You can have all this." And and I took the whole thing. >> Yeah. Crazy. >> Amazing. That's awesome. >> Yeah. He's an older guy. He he needs to stretch out his uh the tea bucket shell because his knees can't bend all the way anymore. >> So, he needs to get in the car and be like that. Yeah. >> Yeah. So, his the job

15 >> he's going to drive like a go-kart. >> Yeah. >> He's going to drive like a ████ The the crazy thing is the build he's doing is going to be easily a hundred grand. So, >> compared to what I'm doing, that's nothing. And I found a really great shop for old cars >> that I can start taking my truck to. >> Yeah. It's crazy. So, what's the solution here? Should we just have money saved up for a good deal one day? Because those things happen like >> you're saying so so have money saved up to spend. >> Yeah, because uh >> for rainy day. >> I mean, it worked out for me cuz I took it out of my crypto and then crypto went down right after. >> That's perfect. >> So, I was like, "Oh ████ that's tight." >> Cuz my deal is always >> I've never felt that. I've never felt that. >> I feel like I never have enough for the deal. I'll be like, "I saved up this much, but the deal is this much more." >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's never

05 under. >> You have any recent splurges? Uh >> by a collab recently? >> Not for me. Well, the funny thing is um this is this is >> What about like uh child stuff? Like splurging on like cuz I feel like you like Steey stuff. So instead of like the regular, you know, >> everything right now, everything right now is only uh what's within conversation for the baby registry that other people might be able to splurge for us if they like get together and like, you know, different groups will just chip in in order to get this like >> gangster ass stroller. I'm not going to go ahead and put like the BMW collaboration stroller on like the list or anything like that. >> That's a thing, >> dude. It's a the stroller market is insane. >> BMW >> got all kinds of crazy ones. >> It's literally like shopping for a car. Like we've had to go to like two different spots to like roll them around and really like learn different things and figure out what size, what color, what everything. The customization

55 option >> are they have like different wheels and they have different terrains where you could roll them on >> straight up cobblestone >> and some of them some of them honestly are worth it. So there's like the most practical you just get it at Target, right? That's all the stuff that we bought. >> There's like imagine like the Elon Musk of Tesla building strollers. So there's ones where you can like pop out with one hand, press a latch, opens, and you're like, "Dude, that's ████ convenient as f███." >> That's the Nuna travel. >> And then you go to Yeah. Yeah. Like that. You go into a restaurant, you know, and you're like, >> meanwhile, you still got to carry diapers, all kinds of ████ So you're like, you easily see how like that can help you in your life. So it's it it is worth it once you get there. >> You going to get a Nuna? >> We're probably going to get a Nuna. >> Wow. That's a splurge, right? >> What's for childare though? 100% it's a splurge. What about for you? For you though. Not for your bid. That's >> They're sweet. I I was taking one for a

46 ride. That >> this is this is a genuine splurge, but it wasn't for me. But the reason why I'm even sharing this story because she needs to know how much I love her. Um it's uh so we recently went to uh Europe. That was already a splurge. That was a vacation. It wasn't meant to be a baby moon by any means. When we booked the trip, when we planned it with our friend, um well, I didn't know she was pregnant. We She didn't know she was pregnant. So, we were just like, "All right, we're going to take a trip because it's been a while. I've been gone like more than 50% of the year. I kind of owe you to spend some really quality time, build some lasting memories." And then we end up uh finding out she's pregnant. We go on this trip and stuff like that. And one of the spots that we go to is I'm taking her to Paris for the first time. And she has never been to Paris. So there's a, you know, it's you're almost like running to everything that you have to see because there's too much to do in a giant city in general, let alone like an iconic

36 giant city with a lot of tourism elements, right? And one of the things off the beaten path for most people, uh, maybe not most people, actually, a bunch of Koreans are always there, is Goyard Paris. Goyard, you know, luxury brand. It's, um, there might be one in like Rodeo Drive or something like that, but it's like really uncommon to like see a Goyard where like you can go to almost any airport. you'll see all the major like you know uh Louis Vuitton, Gucci's, Pradas, uh Salvatore, whatever. >> Goyard, >> but Goyard Paris is like it's tough to come by. Whereas in Paris, there's just like little boutique goyards everywhere and they're always have long lines. There's always a bunch of Kore Korean ladies and they're just getting like eight bags at the same time. >> Damn. >> And for me, I you know, I always kind of joked around, but maybe it's always a half joke that I was like, "Yeah, I kind of I'd be super down for some Goyard, you know, like a Goyard wallet, a bag. What's the cost of an average like Goyard?

26 >> It's It's the same as like uh you know Louis Vuitton. Like you're you're talking like even like a little ass card holder is going to be like 500 bucks. Some dumb ████ >> So women's purse. What's that cost? >> 22 grand. >> Any Well, no, it's not like Hermes or anything like that. But, uh, you can go anywhere from, you know, 1,500 bucks for something small to like 8 grand on something like more robust depending on on the the little wheels and, you know, um, >> bells and whistles. >> And wills and vessels. >> I like that. >> Hey, Jesus Christ. But uh because I'd always talked about it, it's like it was on the list like we got to go to the Goyard. But then I've also because now the baby's on the way, which was not in the plan in one sense for for that trip. >> I was I now I'm also the Chinese guy who's just like we can't spend on this, we can't spend on this, we can't flex on this, blah blah blah. I cut down all

16 this stuff, so don't be going out and buying all that random boba. You know what I mean? Like random boba. That ████ adds up, bro. Could get expensive. But then suddenly you're in Goyard and you're just like, >> "F███." >> Look, if I buy something for myself, I'm just a big- time hypocrite. >> Yeah. >> So, you know, not to say this is the official push present, which is a thing. You know, you want to get a push present for for a woman who's like doing so much of aka 100% of the work. You want a gift or something? I was like, you know, I I got to think of things to gift you anyway to show my love and appreciate. Let me let me live vicariously through you. And I bought her a Goyard bag. Dang, >> you're a good husband. >> What are the bells and whistles of the bag, though? Does it have to >> You didn't get nothing for yourself. >> Or did you Or did you buy yourself a small thing and a thing for her? >> I didn't get myself anything. >> Wow. >> But there was a Kith Paris. And I tell

06 you what, I stopped by there. >> Hey. >> And still bought her more stuff than me. >> Would Single Anthony have bought more stuff at Kith Paris? >> Um >> or Goyard? >> Probably Goyard just because like I don't run into it. >> More exclusive. Yeah, kids stuff I guess I'll just buy online. >> Wow. >> But but I have to not be doing that anymore because I got to be like must have child. >> But then you don't want your baby to come out and think you're whack. >> He's probably going to swag out his baby. >> ████ LV wallet. Oh man, these are my parents. My dad's broke.
