00 Instead of child support, you get support every month. That's how much would you would you a lot for that? How much would you need for support? Maybe a dollar amount. It's a percentage. I don't know. Maybe like 30 bucks a month. No, dude. You can't get any good for 30 bucks. No. No way, bro. Well, how much are the you been looking at? Depends on the country, I guess. Probably like probably like $100 $100. $100. That sounds That's for a good one. Just for a tug. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. Just for a tug. He's like tongue like [Music] and welcome back everybody to do the hand signal another episode of the careful boys. Are we allowed to do this? That's it's rock nation. Rock nation catching a football. No, I'm scared. You're not careful. I'm making a telescope. I might go to hand and go. Pretty please. Yeah. I'm just stretching my index and my thumb. Ah, so stretchy.
50 This also means punani. Oh yeah. Oops. I bet 10 plus 10. All right, personal question for everybody, especially for the married people. I do eat the Yeah. Hell yeah. Very nice. Still, you eat cat. Okay, serious question. Did you arrange a prenup agreement? No. I was ready to lose it all. For real? Yeah. Crazy. Um, yeah. Did you guys Did you guys talk about it? No. I kind of was just ready. I for me if uh if she wanted to marry me for half my assets well when she met me I didn't really have anything anyways. Um what about your registered weapons? Yeah. She can't have half of these attached to me. N you know the stat is a lot uh majority of people that end up do getting prenups have very
40 little divorces and then the people that don't have more. For real? That conceptually makes sense. Why? Because they go into it knowing the terms I guess. I think cuz they're more comfortable talking about that ████ So they don't and then so their expectations are more set up. Oh, I thought you were going to say uh well it's because in the in the case in the case that let's say it's like the man has stuff, right? Well, just for the sake of being equal and let's say the woman has everything, right? Yeah. Let's make up a story and then make it the guy doesn't have a bunch of assets. Yeah. Let's make it a fantasy. Then then that guy is never going to mistreat her because if they signed a prenup, he ain't going to get anything anyway. So if he wants to like still be a part of all that, he's going to make sure he treats her right, doesn't cheat on her and everything like that and like stays in the relation. Man plans the death very secretly. Yes, exactly. But
30 you don't get anything cuz you're not a part of the whatever. I don't know, dude. I'm Yeah, I don't know. I didn't make my wife's line to ████ prenup because I didn't have anything. Um but I'm going to clean her out, though. That's my goal. She got more than to me. I'm going to clean her out. Babe, you know what it is. I already tal told you this before. You already know what it is. You already know what it is. What about you? You and Gio. I got everything signed. You got a prenup? No, I don't have a pen. You looked at like, bro, you're crazy. You do that? What's wrong with you? I was like, oh, oh my god. Huh? I was like, dude, this is about to be so interesting. Never mind. No, cuz I think well we talked about it like not just from like uh like we talk about everything. So I think one thing that me and Gio um I guess uh what is it called like that I'm very grateful for is we're
22 able to talk about our issues almost in third person so that certain sensitive subjects don't sound or doesn't feel personal and then so people don't get defensive automatically or feel like personally attacked or whatever. Yeah. You're Roar. I'm Roart and she's Ro Gio maybe. I don't know. She's GO3PO. GO3PO. G3PO. G3PO. So, we're able we're able to talk about like the whole concept of it and then like we boiled it down to like for us marriage is is so much more than that that um if it if it we're going to go all in on everything and if it doesn't work out, it just doesn't work out. start over. We'll start all over, but we're not going to go in there with like contingencies and terms. So, I think we
13 reached the no prenup conclusion, but we went through the whole prenup exploration versus I think as some people they just went kind of like cruise control through, oh ████ we didn't even think about that. We actually like were very intentional, had crazy deep talks and talk and thought about uh I think we probably even talked to our CPA and like try to figure all that stuff out and then at the end of the day like no, that's ████ This is not what why we want to get married. M That's real love. Yeah. You just said about me and my wife, dude. That's what you guys did. Same thing. No, you didn't say that's real love for us. It's still love. Okay. It's kind of love. It's not real love. You just said it's love, not real love. Yeah. ████ Different category. I can't I can never please can, dude. Can I? I think I would go the same route. I would talk about it first. Yeah. Whatever. Examine everything. I just want to do I don't really care if we sign it or we don't sign it as long
04 as we both agree with each other. I think it only makes sense when you come into the relationship with a huge disparity. So like let's say I'm, you know, I'm an heir to a throne or some ████ right? And I'm like multi-millionaire and then she's a ████ peasant. Or it could be the other way around. Yeah. Yeah. more like let's say I'm a tech billionaire and oh, you know, I I I got really rich at 25 and then it's like well I'm going to marry this girl but she came from nothing and she doesn't have anything and she has no intentions working together with me. It's just going to be a husband wife situation. All of our situations is like we have ride or dies where pretty much we were broke or in a weird place or whatever and they're like working with us. So that's a little bit different I think.
54 Yeah. Then you come into the relationship with a huge gap of like one person's making so much more. And I I think in that case it does make sense to come in and be like, "Yeah, I'm already making like 2 mill a year. What are you doing? You're making zero and you coming in with debt." Damn. Yeah. I feel like inherited like 20 houses and then if if a marriage goes bad then she just automatically gets 10. Yeah. And that's not even like yours. It's like your parents worked hard for it and then it's going to you. Yeah. Yeah. That's Yeah. I do have a friend. He's like super wealthy. He's been married like three times. And uh but he don't give a f. So he'll get married. They'll take like a decent chunk of his net worth and then he's done it three times already. He's down to like a eighth then. Half of that then half of that. You know what he did? Out of a Kit Kat. He has one ████ bar left. Just the
46 chocolate coating. It's down to the wafer. He says the chocolate. He only has a kid. But all he did was he he ended up making more money. I was like, "Oh, shoot." He just rebuilt. So after he depleted, he just made more money. He got he had to go. He used like this. So the money doesn't even matter to him at that point. He could just make it back, you know? He didn't care. And and but it's tough though because the the girls that are fighting for the prima, why are you fighting so hard for a prenup, you know, or fighting so hard against a prenup? Uh but then you know like my one friend he didn't care. He just liked the girl so much that head over heels like sure no prenup that's fine or in this prenup this is what's agreed upon. If we don't work out you're going to you'll be fine. You'll be taken care of for life. Wow. Prenup doesn't always mean you split everything in half. Yeah. You know prenup is all right in the event that this doesn't work out what is our contingency plan. Yeah. Yeah. That also
37 made me feel more comfortable too. So when me and Jio talked about this were a little bit younger like uh maybe like late 20s. So, you're still broke, you know, and then so like a little bit of money means a lot. And then I asked I think one of the things I was posing her I'm like, "How would you feel about a prenup?" Um cuz if my if my parents pass away, they give me a house cuz I'm the only kid, right? If your parents pass away, that house gets split four ways. So, it's it's already like unequal. That equal whatever. I'll sign whatever. Wow. Oh ████ I'm like, I don't want you to sign nothing, man. Yeah. Yeah. Fine. ████ it. I didn't know you were that cool. I'm not going to be cool like that. Yeah. I should have never brought it up. I'm sorry. Yeah. Yeah. But I think everybody takes a mar because this all has to do with marriage, right? If it doesn't work out. Um but I think in this modern age marriage there's outs now, right? Where it's acceptable. Whereas back in the day
28 it wasn't acceptable. Like um back then our parents if they got married you you die unhappy together. Yeah. You know there's no divorce. That's not an option. And then for hardcore religious people that's not an option, you know. Um, so I got some of that traditional sense where it's like, "All right, I pretty sure she's the one. Um, if worst case scenario doesn't work out, take everything. I start over and then you'll be fine cuz I know I can start over. I don't know if you can, but I know I can I can rebuild again, you know?" So, I'm I'm okay losing. It was worth the risk. I like the traditional mindset of like even though obviously in today's society you can have it now. I like the fact that they mentally lock themselves into that like nope this is if I say this is going to happen then I'm just going to stick with it. And I I like that mindset. I think it also depends on like the manner of like the divorce too though right? If it's just like we fell apart blah blah blah there's no children
18 or whatever you know then like you might still be able to come to a conversation of like sensibility and be like this is what needs to happen. I I know I wasn't a part of that, but I did help you support you and build that whatever. But it's like somebody goes and does like infidelity and like breaks your heart, you know what I mean? And it's like there's a different version of trust. It's like sometimes a little bit of like ████ you, you owe me then, you know, and then there needs to be like a different version of compensation for like that heartbreak, you know, and that that break of trust. And instead of child support, you get hooker support every month. That's how much would would you all lot for that? How much would you need for hooker support? Maybe a dollar amount. It's a percentage. Oh ████ Yeah. Yeah. Of gross. Of gross. How much would you How much would you uh I don't know. Maybe like 30 bucks a month. No, dude. You can't get any good hose for 30 bucks? No. No way, bro. Well, how much are the hoes you've been looking at? Depends on the country, I guess.
08 Probably like probably like $100 $100. $100. That sounds That's for a good one. Just for a tug. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. Just for a tug. Keep eye contact with me while you for a tug, dog. You know what I'm saying? I'm trying to be cool so Ron will like me think two hands. He's like telling like What up, guys? 10:59 Say hi to me. I think we're not around. So like there's a lot of reasons why it gets to that point. But for us, we probably don't even get to that point cuz we don't have turbulent relationships. All right, let's do it this way then. If we were on the Fresh and Fit podcast, how would we answer this question? Prenup all the way. Yeah, dude. These ████ don't deserve a dime. If I were to divorce and remarry though, I probably would have a prenup because now we're coming with so much extra baggage. You're not just two like like uh brighteyed bushy tail people that are dreamers, you know? Now you're like, "This Florida got a kid, I got a ████ kid, I got a ex-wife, they got a ex-husband, and it's already all messy." Like, "All right, let's clean this ████ up on paper. What's going to happen?" Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I think if you divorce and uh remarry now, it's different because you know that a marriage could
49 actually end cuz it already happened. For me, I'm so naive. Like, I don't think my marriage is ever going to end. I don't care what I do. Yeah. For real. And I'll I'll be can't be one past 186 though. Yeah, that's that's why that's why I'm fighting. 187, bro. What is crazy? 168. So, but I think like most people we can stay married. They don't go into marriages thinking that they're going to get a divorce, right? But then like there's hella unfortunate ████ like like for example, my uh my grand my grandpa got heavy into drinking, gambling, and hookers. And then um tough hobbies, dude. Sounds Sounds fun though. Sounds really fun. She didn't like drinking. No, they he ████ lost three homes. So my grandma was like, "Man, that's the that's where I draw the line. Three homes. Three?" Yeah. Three homes. And she's like, "Man, like that's now I
39 got to protect the kids and move out." So in that case, I get it cuz it's like my mom was like, "Yo, he was a dope ass dad. Um he was always partying." So my mom loved her dad, but he was a menace as a husband. I think great father as in like really sweet to my mom and my aunt. They had nothing but great memories because he's a party animal, but just a irresponsible dude. So my grandma was like, "F███, dude. Well, it's going to be easier to just move out, handle my own ████ and not have to deal with this drunk ass loser." And I was like, "That makes a lot of sense, too." Yeah. Situational. Seems very rational. when when I was planning on getting married. Um the crazy thing is I at that time where I was is like I had multiple businesses still have some of those
29 businesses through Kindras and with those things multiple partners too. So then I you know I like had things that I had built but it wasn't just my decision. It wasn't just my own thing. So that became a question of like you know I'd have to have a conversation with Mike like hey like if we're getting married like do we have to like sign prenups? Is that the smart thing to do? And we're also just greeneyed, you know, doing things for the first time. And then when I was taking into consideration specifically Nina, like she had like, you know, she didn't have anything to her name. She had like massive school debt, different things like that. And one of our partners in our business just went through a divorce. And the manner of the divorce was like not bad in the sense of like uh somebody messed up or anything like that, but it's like it's one of those things where it's like before you go into marriage, it's like this is the life we want to have. Like we want to have children. This was a just genuine they had a conversation but then once they got
20 married a little bit time passed and things happened in the career suddenly she didn't want to have children anymore but then he still wanted to have children and then they they couldn't see ground on that. So I was like look amicably it's like maybe we just don't belong together. So then they ended up divorcing and so you know we were getting like this very close close friend partner example of like okay anything can happen. You know divorce doesn't just come from terrible things. It sometimes it comes from like people evolve change and like you know what you agreed upon as like a partnership sometimes that just changes like oh man like now it's in our head like okay I I got to talk about this cuz like I have no idea the person I'm yet to become the person you're about to become but like maybe if we like come to terms on like at least if something were to happen I want to protect the thing that I've built with my partners you know that's like completely separate from maybe my
10 relationship. M. So that's what I thought, but then having conversations about it and stuff like that, it's kind of like it's it's a little bit of the same like naivity of being like, well, the point is we're not trying to get together to see the end. Like I believe we're going to be with each other. So there's a little bit of that greenness, but then there's also a little bit of the like, look, even if it did end, like everything that I own or I built, like it is kind of like ours because like that's what we're choosing to share with each other, like to start this life. And again, I think that's subjective. That's like what you have to go into an agreement with. And then for me personally, I had to recall maybe at that point in marriage, that's what I had built or like thinking about marriage. But like really when I met her, I didn't build any of that yet. I was just starting and she like was down to be with me and she saw me build everything, but she was there the entire way and she was supporting me and being
00 being with me, you know? So, it just felt like she was part of the ride even if her name wasn't on like my LLC's or anything like that. So that's like how we ended up not signing a prenup. But it is a really interesting thing that I feel like especially hearing like how you guys like talked about it and then saw I die and still Did you guys talk about it? We did talk about it. Oh, that's cool. But I think that's like super important for people. Like if we if we get divorced, are you going to take half my debt though or I get to have it? I get to take half. That's crazy. We itemizing the bill now. I took three bites of this. I feel like I don't think I should pay. I feel like without the divorce, I'm already taking it. So, it's like that's what it feels like. That's what it feels like. But I do I do say that, you know, recommend that people should at least talk about it. You know, like even even if you don't sign, it's like, hey, we should talk about this. We didn't talk about it. We just got married. You're
51 different. You're different. Surprise. You're robot. You're Jobart. Jobart. Yeah. Job. Jobot. G3. Really funny. What? All right. Give us your monologue for 6 minutes. You said you wanted to give. I don't know. Marriage is a beautiful thing, you know. Have you guys ever fought with your partners about finance stuff or anything like at all? A lot. You have all the time. Well, you go into business with her and you create businesses with her, right? Yeah. So, with business, there's swings up and down. We almost lost it all multiple times. Oh my god. What What like What kind of conversations do you have with stuff? Oh, hey, we're about to lose it all. What she do? What is her What does she say? There were times where we were late on mortgage payments, late on car payments, late on freaking business rent payments, late on all kinds of payments.
41 You guys still ████ through all that all those things? Huh? You guys still having sex through all those things? Sometimes. Yeah, that's awesome. Big right or mortgage payment. Sex is gangster. I think Renzo was made. It was called rent to before cuz I feel like if it's like too stressful, the business can affect the the relationship. Oh, it does. Yeah. I mean, we had some very low points, but that's that's love. That's relationship, you know? Like it's not it's not roses all the time, you know? So, we when I say fight, we're not like yelling and like, you know, hating each other and stuff. It's like when fights like, "Hey, these are issues." And, you know, we we have a traditional relationship. It's like, "Yo, you're the freaking man. Handle this." And I'm like, "Okay, cool. You're the woman. You go handle your thing." Um, and then so there are days where I have to disappear for like days at a time and focus on rebuilding businesses, you know, and
31 I'm in a fortunate sense where, you know, craps hits the fan, I can always make a phone call and I always have so many supporters that are happy to like just clients that just, hey, you want to train tomorrow? Awesome. Cool. Book me. All right, cool. I'll buy you 10, I'll buy the year in advance. F it. Wow. Wow. Um, so very, very lucky. even for the my my fight camp, you know, um when I'm spending time with this fight camp, my all my businesses suffer cuz I'm not I'm not present as much, you know, and then so sponsors come in and they help offset u money lost. Yeah. Um so it helps out a whole ton, but she's a ride or die. That's why we talk about divorce, I'm like, cool, it doesn't work out, it's my fault then cuz I couldn't sustain the relationship. So whatever you need, take it all. Like I failed. Y but I've always blamed myself for the failures and I blame everybody else for the successes and it's always easier that way. How did I make you successful? You brought me here. You brought me here today. You're
23 right. Damn, that's tight. That's a rider, bro. A rider right there. He's a fighter. Or you could be like me and have amnesia like, "How did I get here? Where are we? I forgot the path. And it's for the good and the bad. Oh, I'm in debt. How did I get here? Oh, I got money. How did I get here? Nice. That was tight.
