00 Is it like later on when you get caught with like the admiral's daughter or some ████ and then you're about to be court-martialed and you like hand a coin to the right person and like boom bada bing boom bing ding ding ding bang boom. >> Welcome back to Careful Boys. Today we're talking about how can we milk the Suben boot camp story a little bit more? What are we What are we missing? What are the drippings we can ring out of the rag? >> Like over time did guys start getting hot? >> No. No. Um Well, what? No. >> Is there Is there a story that happened in boot camp that you're like um you know what? This would be cool to tell my son one day. Like if he or like if he asked like, "Yo, what was boot camp like?" Or is there like a a story you'd be like, "You know, this is pretty ████ cool." >> The longer you're in, the more guys get hot. >> Let me see, man. There's a lot going on.
52 >> [laughter] >> There's a lot going on. Suben just woke up, so give him give him a break. >> Give him a day. >> No, really. That one story how I got a token from a the general himself. >> Oh, like a coin? >> You got a token from the general? >> A coin. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, I got a >> How did you meet the general? >> Before the day I got the the coin. Dude, I was just ████ up all three days. Like as a squad lead, I was trying to put um >> Was it like halfway in already or like the first >> Yeah, this is like the last week, man. >> Oh, okay. >> And you're almost done? >> Yeah, and then the like the Monday, you know, I was supposed to guide my team into like a react to contact, ambush, L-shape ambush, and when I was doing it during night time, I had night visions on. And when we got reacted to contact, bro,
43 we couldn't I just couldn't control my team. I got confused. I was just lost. I looked behind me. I kind of walked away from them. And the drill sergeant was just like, "Yo, what the ████ you doing?" He's like, "You're just ████ up all day." And I I just like, "F███." That hit me hard. Cuz when someone tells me I've been ████ up all day, that just ████ pisses me off. And then, that was like a Monday and a Tuesday, we're supposed to do like reacting to like drones. So, we're training with drones. Drones in the air, so we got to um we got to figure out how to avoid it and stuff like that. And then, I was guiding my team, but we had an extra dude. And the extra dude, I was I had to figure out which one had to go first. And which one had to leave. So, I looked at one of my other homies, and my Nigerian homie, and I told him like I felt bad, right? I told him like, "Hey, bro, cuz he was Nigerian. No.
33 >> Oh, okay. >> I felt bad because he was like I felt bad because he like he wanted to be in my squad and just get down with the mission with me. >> you had to tell him to leave? >> Yeah, but I told him like, "Hey, bro, I'm sorry, but like these two homies, the Brazilian homies, wanted to hop in, so I was like, 'Yo, we need these guys.' I apologize. I need you to go on the next run." And he's like, "All right, whatever." He He was just all quiet about it. He's like, "I'm good then. I'm out." So, he just dipped. And then, when we performed >> Was he the guy that picked you up? >> Mhm. >> Oh, [clears throat] okay. >> When we performed that practice, we just we were just s█████. I was s█████. I was like kind of lost because of the we just not going on. So, for 2 days straight, I failed my team twice, and I just felt super s█████.
23 >> Oh, damn. >> Yeah. But on the last day, we had uh our first sergeant, lieutenant, and a ████ general pull up to our training base. And that never happened in like a couple years. >> the general there? >> Be- I don't know why he was there, but bec- >> was there? >> No, you know why? Because like also the whole thing with the Iran and everything started popping off. So, I guess the general just wanted to come by and just check out how everyone's training is actually doing. You know? >> I thought it like, "Oh ████ Subi from J K News is here?" >> Uh-uh. What if he was a fan? >> He's like, "I was going to kill myself, but then I was watching you on J K News and that's what the general said." >> So, here's a coin. That's probably why I gave you a coin. He ████ subscribes. Not why, but check it out. >> That's crazy though, a general. >> Yeah, so every everyone's tripping out, right? Everyone's just like, "Why is he
13 here?" Now, everyone is on their best behavior. The drill sergeant I mean, the drill sergeant's like, "F███, guys. I don't know what ████ he's here, but hurry up. Don't make me look like ████ or else you guys are all going to pay for it, you know?" And I was just like, "Well, we'll see how we go." And I had no idea he was coming, and then my whole squad was in down the line. And for some reason, my squad got attacked. So, we got we had to react to >> an attack. >> Yeah, we had to react to contact. And pa pa pa pa, do do do do. Guys are shooting, pa pa pa pa pa pa pa pa pa pa pa pa pa pa you know, blanks and everything. And I was just like, "Oh my god, that's my line. That's my squad right there." So, I got up, I ran towards them. And you know, you just have to perform what you have to do. You tell them you check on him. You got to keep running back and forth, woopty woop. And apparently like um I pretty much made the drill sergeant
03 not look bad, you know what I mean? With all that freaking you got to do all that fancy stuff you have to do. >> So, the drill sergeant So, it made the drill sergeant go like or made the general think of the drill sergeant like, "Oh ████ this guy this guy trained these guys well, cuz they're they they they look good." >> It was it was tight, man. I'm not going to lie. I even did like I even pulled them out of the foxhole and told them to push to contact. I mean, push to contact. You know what I mean? And then the drill sergeant's like, "Why are you why are you doing that?" And then I was like having a mutual argument with him. And first sergeant saw that, general saw that. And at the end of the whole practice, he was like, "Hey, who's that kid that was running around? He kind of motivated me." And then they said someone else's name, but then the first sergeant saw me and was like, "No, that was Troy." So, the general was like, "Hey, come over here." And I was like, "Oh, what the heck?" I was like ████ bricks. I was like hella scared, and then he just
54 dabs me up. When he dabbed me up, a coin was in my hand. And I was like, that's the first time receiving a coin. >> Was it like 25 cents or something? >> Like a nickel? >> It's like a commemorative coin. Yeah, it's like his own coin. Maybe he has like a his unit on it or his name on it. Remember we had the cop here and he gave us all coins? It's like that. >> Oh. >> Yeah. >> So, he's going to rug pull it? >> So, what does that coin do? Does it give you a special pass like I got the general's coin? >> No, it's like a collective thing. You just like all your awards and stuff. >> Is it like later on when you get caught with like the admiral's daughter or some ████ and then you're about to be court-martialed and then you like hand the coin to the right person and it's like boom bada bing boom bing ding ding ding bang boom. You know what I mean? >> No, definitely not. It's like a little thing to remember. You know, like a wee. >> It's like an honor thing though, right? >> Yeah, it's just like a little patch, [clears throat] you know? You're just like this is this is awesome. >> Yeah. Like it doesn't mean anything to
44 anybody but him, but any and anyone else that sees a coin that recognizes the coin. >> Mhm. >> It's going to be like the Continental in John Wick. Everybody's got those coins. It's currency, dude. Gangster currency. >> My whole time in, I've only seen one general like from arms distance. That's how crazy it is from the cop to the >> when he was trying to speak Korean. >> It was actually in Korea, but it was like that's the closest I've ever seen a general. They're like It's like seeing a general is like seeing ████ like the president or seeing a vice president. >> Who's the general above? Who's the general below? >> What do you mean? >> Like a like a in terms of who's like next in command under a general. >> So, there's four generals. There's a one-star general, two, three, four. And then right under is a colonel, like a full-bird colonel. Yeah. But then so like uh usually one a base the the guy that's like the head honcho of the whole base would might be like a
35 one-star general. >> Mhm. >> So, the other guys, they usually work in like the White House or some ████ like that. >> Yeah, they're like the joint chiefs ████ >> Yeah, so like seeing uh so and and a base like a Camp Pendleton is like as big as LA. So, it's like you're never going to see them cuz they're doing really important ████ So, it's really crazy to see a ████ general pull up. >> I got to go to the Pentagon when I was a kid. It was sick. Well, it's actually it was sick that I got to go to the Pentagon just to say I got to go to the Pentagon, but when you're in there it's boring as hell. >> It's an office? >> Yeah, it's just a big office. >> Pentagon is actually boring when you're inside, yeah. >> Yeah, it's just a big office. >> Cuz I also got to go when I was a kid cuz I'm privileged, too. >> So, did you guys go on a field trip? >> Uh no, it was my friend's dad was in the military and he got he worked at the Pentagon and he took us one day just cuz like we had it was like Memorial Day and we didn't have school. >> So, you went in and checked out his janitor's closet? >> I checked out the whole um yeah, no, I I
27 got to see like a bunch of the Pentagon. It was really cool. >> Did you see where the plane didn't crash? >> Dude, I mean that was well before that. I was like '95. >> Cuz that's like, "Hey, you want to come see what I do?" And then you're like, "Ooh, military." And you're imagining tanks and ████ and you go in and it's like cubicles. >> At the very least like a like a telephone booth that like is really an elevator that goes down like 40 ████ floors. >> what you're imagining as a kid. >> I thought I was going to see tanks and ████ I didn't know what a what what to expect. I thought I'd see a howitzer or something. >> Did you see anybody with like a badge like, "Beep." And only he can go in or something? >> Yeah, hell of a lot of that. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, but every single time you they they they beep and they like open and they like and then goes inside. >> Ooh, that's sick. >> No, to get in you have to everyone has to get screened and ████ It was pretty it was pretty crazy. >> And then when you're a kid you're like, "Oh my god, what's in there?" And then you look and it's just like a table and adults talking.
18 >> Yeah. >> Office Depot furniture. >> And then you get to the next one it's like cubicles and computers and it's like this just looks like the ████ library. Like what the ████ >> My buddy's his dad um we were like whispering about like looking for spies and he's like, "Hey, you guys better shut the ████ up cuz you're at the Pentagon. >> [laughter] >> Yeah, we're just being stupid kids. I was like ████ 6 years old or something. >> Dude, I'd for sure be trolling the kid. Just say just be on the lookout president usually walks around here about 2:00. >> Yeah, I know, right? >> Dude, you can just go to the Pentagon? You can just go to the Pentagon? >> No, yeah, I had to get I had my buddy's dad worked there. So, that's that's how I got in. >> But, is there a way you could just go there for >> Yeah, kids go for free. I think you you could do tours and stuff. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, I was on a Boy Scout tour. >> It's probably like the this is the public route, right? >> Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. >> Like that becomes a tourist attraction.
08 And then and you stop at the ████ gift shop whatever. >> Yeah, I don't think you get to go down the elevator that goes 40 floors down. Wherever like the tours go is probably way better than the one I saw. It was just a bunch of wood offices and ████ >> [laughter] >> It's really boring. >> ████ >> I'm down. >> You you you want to go? >> Yeah. Psych. I'd be like, "Yo, where do you guys do the ████ demonic orgies? Like where? This is boring." >> Something Grove. >> Oh, Bohemian Grove. >> Garden Grove? >> [laughter]
