00 you know, or just just knowing that like yeah, you're trying to help and trying to create some change for some people. It keeps it keeps that's what I truly enjoy. Like that's like what I like. Um, super lame. [laughter] I know. Uh, but what was the question? I forgot what we were saying. >> How many boners you get a day? >> Two. Two. >> That's pretty good. >> Two. >> Thanks. That's all we needed to know. You went on a tangent. >> Welcome back to another amazing episode of Careful Boys. Oh man, we're in for a good one today. We are just so lucky on this very day to have with us Joseph Jitsukawa. >> Oh no, I thought it was going to be ████ Nikki. >> No. Yeah, it is Nick. Where it's Nick? Yeah. Back um for due to popular demand, everybody's saying the show is nothing without Nick. So, we've decided to uh
51 have him [applause] on. It's not true. You know that's >> I'm always here. I'm going have to do like I feel like we we missed out on just doing like a check-in with you because ████ damn it, dude. >> We don't see you as often anymore and neither do the people who watch JK. And I think everybody just wants to know what's going on with you. How was your mental health? How was your uh sexual health? How's everything, man? >> Mental and sexual. >> Let's start with sexual health. [laughter] >> It It could be better, dude. It could be better, >> really. >> But it's not bad. It's not bad. It's doing I think it's it's it's okay. Okay. What are the numbers like? >> Nix boners. >> I get them every day still. Thank god. >> Where's per day? BBD. >> I get them. I maybe twice a day. Maybe twice a day. >> That's really good. >> Yeah. Yeah. I'm done. >> Do you still come pretty quick? >> Um I'm losing sense down there if anything. I'm losing sensitivity. Does that happen? >> That comes with age. Comes with touching
41 too much. >> Yeah. [laughter] >> And then you're bursting your nerves. >> I'm just squeezing it too hard. You're nerve burster. >> No. What's really going on with you, man? Like how how have you been? Honestly, man, it's it's been good. I just, you know, I do miss I do miss you guys at JK at the Monterey Park office. Way better then, dude. >> Good memories, huh? The weekly hangouts. >> Yeah, cuz I would see you guys every week and it was just a good part of the rotation. But, um, I'm now just spending more time in the gym. That's where I'm just spending my time. So, it's like things don't really change that much. >> When you say you're spending more time in the gym, what could you possibly be doing more of? >> Well, I'm just seeing more clients. Oh, okay. >> Not more curls. >> Yeah. Yeah. More curls. >> Are you doing more reps? Is that why? >> Yeah. Just ████ really getting in there, dude. >> So, it's the same thing, but more of it. >> Yeah. So, just more of the gym, more
32 like working with Honestly, my days are consumed with work and then just chores around the house. Like, that's literally what my >> That's actually your days. >> Literally what it is. It's like I come home from work, >> see a client on through via Zoom. >> I don't I don't do any Zoom. I do in person and then I do like online coaching stuff. So, I'm doing that and then I'll come home and cook lunch and dinner for the fam. >> All right. >> And then or get dinner or something like that and then I go back out to the gym, come back in the evening and then start my day all over. >> Do you have a little lunch break and then you make food at home doing lunch? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Like steak, chicken >> sometimes. Or just whatever. We have a lot of avocado toast. [laughter] >> So, your primary like you time is mainly spent at the gym. kind well you know I wouldn't say like you time I would say is like with the fam >> that's what I do so on the weekends if I'm not in the gym >> because I work I pretty much work every
23 day >> um >> really seven days I work seven >> days Sunday too >> yeah even Sunday >> cuz some clients can only do Sunday whatever >> or like you know like for instance I'll be here and I go back Sunday and I'll be seeing clients like all day >> you never have burnout or anything like that >> sometimes I do feel like I have burnout but I think sometimes I think burnout is fake dude It is. >> It's a scam. Sometimes I think it's fake. Like I feel like I really enjoy what I do. There's definitely some days where I deal with certain clients or I want to put a gun in my mouth and that's fine. But most of my clients like fill me up. You know what I mean? That sounds bad. They fill up my cup. They fill up my cup. Do they? They emotionally and spiritually. >> They pound them and fill them. >> You know, like, >> you know, or just just knowing that like yeah, you're trying to help and trying to create some change for some people. So, a lot of in a lot of ways that's really helpful and I do really enjoy
13 that. Um, so and I just like coaching. I really do. I really like trying to help people get to whatever goal they're trying to get to. And I get to do that with nutrition and like fitness stuff. And we all know like fitness stuff just leads to more in people's lives, right? Like once they get something like that they're really struggling with and they get that locked down and you see them change over time, you're like, man, this is really rewarding. This is like kind of why you do it, right? And then you look at that from like a martial arts perspective where people you're training people and you're teaching people jiu-jitsu or whatever and they're really struggling with something you can help them through. It's like it keeps it keeps that's what I truly enjoy. Like that's like what I like. Um super lame. I know. Uh but what was the question? I forgot what you were saying. >> How many boners you get a day? >> Two. Two. >> That's pretty good. >> Two. >> Thanks. That's all we needed to know. You went on a tangent. One one in the morning and then when I'm sitting on it
03 for too long, dude. But I'm sitting cross-legged for too long. >> Sick. Warms up your thighs, huh? >> What's something fun you did recently that has nothing to do with work? >> It's a good question. >> You went to see a movie or anything? >> Took my dogs to a really nice park >> with my mom. >> Which one? Which one? >> It's called Lacy Park. >> Oh, that was a nice >> Pasadena. Wait, is that the one that's in the middle of the San Marino? Yeah, >> you're right. You're right. You're right. [snorts] >> Oh, no. That's a nice park. You have to You have to be a resident. Cover charge. It's so nice. It needs a cover. >> You got a cover charge. You got to bring a girl. You got to bring a girl with you if you to get it free. Wait, you got to pay on the weekends. On the weekends, you got to pay. >> I never pay to go in there. >> I only go weekly only go weekdays, brother. Come on. >> But it's a beautiful little loop. >> Yeah, it's beautiful. >> And it's surrounded by mansions and ████ >> Dude, it's so cool. Beautiful. So, I brought my dogs over and I br I I took a walk with my mom and we walked around and I was like, "This is >> And you think each one of those homes
53 are like $5 million?" >> Probably just >> now. >> They said like be more. Yeah, it could be. >> It's more expensive than Beverly Hills apparently. >> Wa. Oh, >> but you know what's crazy is that like that's a normal neighborhood in a lot of European pl like >> really. >> Yeah. You have a cute little park like that. Not the houses. The houses are massive. >> You talking about the park? >> Yeah. And then they have clean, beautiful homes. >> When we went to Mexico City, their parks are beautiful, bro. Their parks are dope. >> There's no homeless man jacking off. >> Nah, dude. No, there's people chilling in there. But there's no homeless people at Dacy. They don't they don't let that. >> Yeah, they'll kick them out. Did you say that you're like are you looking to move soon or anything like that? >> Yeah, we're always kind of looking like Tiff is Tiff is like she wants to go to a different place. Something with a yard. >> Different as in not Pasadena. >> Maybe Pasadena but you know it depends on what we could find cuz the rentals
43 are >> so other places in Pasadena. >> Yeah, something with a yard. So for our dogs, you know, like we have a little bit of a yard but you know >> you're looking in the Das Aladena South Pasadena San Gabriel. We we like San Gabriel. >> San Gabriel. >> Monrovia we like to you know so we're just looking. >> I like the Monrovia mountains if it didn't burn. so much. >> Yeah. But now they're Monrovia didn't burn that as bad as Aladino. >> They burn like every year though. >> Yeah, they do. They do. So maybe even not Monroia. >> How about Sierra Madres? >> Nah, too stuffy. I think it's too stuffy. They look at you funny over there, I think. >> Really? Is that Isn't that where eating canyons at? >> It's a little bit more east, but you know. >> Great. Thanks for We could have just looked at a map. Yeah, regional. [laughter] Hey, Ryan, can you pull up a map? >> What's the What's the longitude latitude of >> [laughter] >> Do you have zip codes? What's the range of zip codes? >> What's your what's what's your happiness
34 level right now as a person? >> Damn. >> On a scale from 1 to 10. >> Even though if you can't quantify it, would you say that it's higher this year than last year or lower? >> I think higher. >> Yeah. >> And and if uh >> I think generally higher. >> And like let's say 10 is uh you achieved everything you ever wanted. Mhm. >> How how far away or above it or below it are you right now? >> I feel like I'm at like a ████ five or a six, dude. >> Wow. >> You're really sad. >> Five out of 10. >> I think it's the pursuit, yo. I think it's the it's the chase that keeps you in it. >> Do you like Do you like the chase more than the result? That's what you like. That's sick. That's healthy, actually. Well, I think you have to reframe it cuz I feel like sometimes like I think recently I got kind of comfortable with what I was doing and then now I'm like
24 kind of reframing of like all right, what is the next ████ like 10 years look like and having to kind of like change what I do now to like kind of get to that result, you know? Um cuz I do want to I want to put more time into the coaching like online. I want to coach more people. I want to grow that as much as I can. So, I'm really trying to put all my eggs in that basket. And before I felt kind of like unclear about what I really wanted to like put my time and effort into, but I think more than ever since, you know, since JK has been gone, I have more time to kind of like work on the business. I really kind of go like, "Oh, yeah." Like this is I kind of forgot. I felt like I kind of forgot what I wanted to really do. >> So, what do you want to do? You know, I want I want to coach as much as I can. I want to build my my fitness businesses as high as I can and and help as many people as I can because I feel like that's what keeps me in it. That's what
14 keeps me like coming back. >> Like recently I've been working with the kids a lot more and I really like working with the kids. >> Um I really like working with my old adults, you know, cuz you feel like you're really making a change in someone's life that is like kind of small but >> you know the the impact over time is going to be is huge, right? >> What are you doing to like I guess like nurture your comedy side >> the ████ doing this ████ >> So that's why I feel like >> this is it. I well, you know, like I feel like where else do I get to talk about this? >> He practices while he's here. >> He needs to do He needs a homework. You need to have a note of funny things. I feel like you're you're too funny to just only do this. >> Really? >> Yeah. >> Like like standup comedy. >> Oh well. I mean, you do casuals. That's really good. >> Do you work on your bits on your clients? >> Yeah. I'm like, "Hey, what do you think? What do you think about the Epstein
04 list, guys?" You know, and they're like, "Uh, can I just do my set, brother?" >> You're like Ken Jong. You know, how like he was a doctor for so long and people were always telling him like, "Dude, you're so funny. You should do like I feel like that could happen to you in the future." >> Yeah. I don't know, man. I just I just really like I feel like I'm funny with you guys, you know? >> I don't know, man. Everybody that I talk to that knows you, like if I'm talking to people from your jiu-jitsu camp, they all say you're the funniest freaking >> Maybe cuz he's funny cuz he's not trying to be funny, but he's like funny. >> But he's even funnier when you you expect him to be funny and he can't. [laughter] >> That's a lot of pressure, man. >> That's when he hits his peak. that. Hey, that's me. When I do, if you ever ask me to do stand up, I'll be on stage and be like, "Be funny." You're like, "Uh, I'll just melt." >> That's hilarious. [laughter] >> Yeah. [gasps] No, man. It's uh Yeah, cuz I feel like Well, I feel like this show really ████ helped me kind of be a
56 goofy guy, you know? Be a goofy guy. >> I mean, you didn't get Prom because you were a jiu-jitsu dude. [laughter] >> You must have had it for a long time. Can you not bring that up, bro? Jeez. Bring that up one time and I'm like, I thought they would just forget about that and guess. >> No way, man. That's a reinforcement of all our suspicions that you were a popular dude for >> You don't get >> long before we came on. Yeah. >> No, dude. No, no, no. >> I wasn't even a prom jack. [laughter] >> Is that one of the one of the suitors? >> Don't in that part of it you have like a court. >> Yeah. Prom jester or whatever. I don't [laughter] know. >> Prom jester. >> You were a prom peasant. >> I just thought it was collusion. That's what I thought. just ████ palm prom surf [laughter] >> cuz the people that was organizing it I thought they were they were like they were they were in my ASV cabinet so I just thought they were they were trying to hook me up. I thought they were just
46 and it could be I don't know. I truly don't know to this day. >> To this day you forgot to pay them back for it. You never did them a favor back. They're like this freaking guy. >> Who knows what they were setting me up with. >> Something fun that you want to do if you had the time to do it now. Like you're trying to go see a show, you want to travel. What do you want to do? >> That's a good question. And Tiff is like, "Anything you want." >> Well, we're going to go on a trip soon. >> Oh, where you going? >> We're going to go to Mexico. >> No way. Wow. Real original. That's cool. >> Little scary though. Really? >> Little scary. You see what's going on? If you're going with a Latina, so it's fine. >> What part of Mexico? >> Uh, Mexico. CDMX, baby. Mexico City. >> You know what where I want to do in Mexico? Have you seen there's this uh Michelin star taco place? >> Yeah, I know exactly. >> It looks insane. All it is is a tortilla. >> It's a guy >> and a meat. the one guy >> and then he just does a splash of lemon and apparently it's insane. Yeah.
37 >> What's so insane about it? >> Just I think the quality of the ingredients are so good. You don't need much ingredients. >> Mexico City so good. >> My I think how I get my fun is eating. >> That's that's my like fun time. So when we go to Mexico City, the the the food that we got over there was just such a good time. Like the dining experience. I've never had a uh orgasm from eating. Oh, I've had plenty. But >> third boner of the day. >> No, I've never done like a >> We went to this place that was on chef's table and it was this >> the fact that I'm can't come up with a name right now is actually crazy. >> That's ████ up. You don't even remember it. >> ████ dude. That and I was talking about it all ████ week, too. >> Is it called Pinch Robos? >> Pinch Robos? Yeah, >> it's a restaurant. >> Pinch Huans. No, no, it is a restaurant. Okay, I got to look it up. But uh it was
27 like a 10 course thing and I've never done a >> anc Yeah. It was like a whole course meal. I don't know what you call that. >> Be Michelin star. >> It's a Mexican. Yeah. It was like a Michelin star spot. >> Holy crap. >> And it's like uh it's a spot that's hard to get seats at. Right. So, and I we happened to go >> and we had like a three-hour dining experience. >> Dude, give me some sample dishes so I can kind of like picture what the hell you're talking about. >> They did a crab shell. >> Wow. [laughter] >> Already impressed. No, cuz I don't even I never really associate like crab food. I couldn't crabs with Mexican. >> He said it so soon. >> He's like, "Whoa." And I was like, "Why didn't say anything else?" >> A lot of [laughter] >> No, you know, like a lot of a lot >> out the chef. The chef. A lot of the Mexican American cuisine, they separate the animal from the meat.
17 >> You know, the animal like like leaving the chicken head there, like that's like a Chinese theme. Yeah. Yeah. So, I'm like, "Oh ████ the crab shell is there. it already. I was like, "Oh, they don't really do that." >> And it's like, "We want to capture the terror the chicken felt when >> Yeah. [laughter] A lot of Mex a lot of Mexican cuisine would be like like here's the shrimp, but I deselled it already. You don't >> We went to pu. That's what it was. >> Pu yolo. And they >> What about the crab shell though? What? >> Dude, I can't even explain it. They >> They They put like I don't know what [clears throat] they put in. That's the thing. It's like what you're looking at is not traditional food that you see. Oh, like they took the crab out, processed it, put it back into the shell, and then you eat it through like that. >> They they did like a sauce, like a salsa with these ants >> with ants. >> No, it was a LA dog inside of a crab. [laughter] >> And I was like, this tastes familiar. >> Yo, if that's all it is, [laughter]
09 >> LA dog deconstra. >> It's hot Cheetos and nacho cheese on it. This is amazing. >> Ant sauce. >> It's like a They took this ant that's regional to Mexico City. I forgot. And it's it's very popular in the dishes. Like ants. >> Ants. >> You ate ████ ants in a crab? >> But it's delicious. It's like It's like I've never had anything like this before. >> I just picture hella ants in a crab shell. >> But you don't even see it, dude. You don't even taste it. >> You know what? >> Let me show you a picture. Let me You're ████ describing it like that. >> I'm I'm describing it terribly. [laughter] >> Was there a dish that they like uh Do you know the underground barbecue and it was like a cow head? Was there one? cuz I I think I watched what you're talking about. >> Yeah, he's like a famous He's a world famous chef. I >> think I know what he's talking about. It was chef's table. Yeah, >> it's like ████ like this, bro. It's like fine dining. I've never had anything like this. >> That is nothing like what I pictured. >> That actually look like Nandos.
59 >> That That's Nando. That's actually Nandos. [laughter] That's actually Zancoo chicken. >> I don't even know what that is. There's ████ like a flower on there. >> Looks like It looks like when AI tries to make a food. [laughter] >> Where's the termites? >> See, let me let me type in ant salsa and see if anything pops up. All right, we're gonna see that for the next video. [laughter] >> No, but for for us it's just eating, going on trip. We really like traveling. That's our that's that's how we like to to do things. >> Thanks for checking in with us. Um, >> thanks.
