05 This is going to be kind of a touchy subject for some people, but I think we'd be able to solve it very well. How do you punish low IQ criminals? Because there is a very well-known fact that when a defense attorney argues that a guy who committed a crime, let's say he like, you know, committed murder, and then the defense attorney says, "Oh, we tested this guy's IQ and it's sub-70." When it's sub-70 IQ, they can't be charged or put on trial. Sub-70's pretty low. >> Because they're basically incompetent to stand trial. >> But what if they fake the sub-70? >> That's what I'm saying, they can fake it. But then what happens is they first they get put in some kind of a rehabilitation thing where they try to rehab their IQ to get it to a point where they can stand trial. But if they're just irreversibly dumb, it will never pass the threshold and the charges get dropped or they get taken to a mental institution of which we know

55 they're so overburdened they'll they'll never stay there long enough. I think they're genius because most criminals are really smart. And that guy's just working the system. I make them watch Rent on Broadway like non-stop. >> smarter? 7 days a week. As punishment or to get his IQ up? Oh. 525, that that'll do it. 100 minutes. I'm out, dude. I'm out. They might be like a toddler that likes watching the same thing over and over again. >> you're right. >> Yeah, I know the Broadway version's arguably worse because it has an homeless ensemble that they cut from the cinematic one. And that's probably the most formidable feature. I love Rent, by the way. >> [laughter] >> Do you actually? Yeah, I like the movie, but I don't like the Broadway production. >> Oh, well, yeah, that's why I said Broadway. I was talking about the movie. So that's a true thing, like this system happens over and over where you have like a criminal like who

46 and and low IQ criminality I will say I think is the biggest threat to Asian Americans. Yeah. Because low IQ criminality are guys that will commit crimes a normal smart Asian person would go, "He's not dumb enough to do that in broad daylight in front of all these people." He's that dumb. So I think they end up exposing themselves to crime more because they're just more trusting that some people are smart enough at this level when they're really not. Which I think Can you give me like an example? Yeah, like a random person would walk up and punch them or like stab them or like What happened to Vicha? Like Rattana Phatki, like what happened to him? He's just an old guy walking and doesn't think that, you know, someone's going to run up full speed and jump kick him. Right. You know, you and you wouldn't really think that would ever happen to you at any point, but Unless you're in a karate movie. >> [laughter] >> But some people are just dumb. Or some people will rob you or or shoot you during a robbery knowing that will

37 compromise any chance of getting away. You know, like your normal mind would go, "I'm not going to do this crime cuz there's no way I'll get away with it." But most criminals actually like have sub IQ where they just think in the moment and they're just like, "No, I need to I need to get this money." >> And you're asking what should be a true punishment for them? >> what's happening in the in in the system right now. It just doesn't work cuz these guys that's what happens cuz they get sympathy points for being dumb. That's basically what it is. Repeat offenders end up on the street over and over. And it's not simple enough to to actually like convict them of anything because that's the whole In the Constitution, it protects them from being convicted or even standing trial if they're incompetent to do it. And we're 100% certain they're not faking it, right? They're really that dumb. Assume that it is they actually have low IQ. So we could go based on that argument. When when if they if they do

27 have low IQ and they commit a crime, what is like like should they be punished the same? >> JK justice so that we don't have to sound too careful? >> for 45 minutes. Can we just put them all in one place? Anybody who like is caught no, anybody who's caught but has a low IQ, you don't convict them of a crime, but you all they all have to live in a certain spot together. So all of them just Take him to Detroit. >> [laughter] >> See, that's that's kind of what that movie's all about. Talking about Escape from New York. >> you got to give them the the punishment twice. Cuz if they're slow to learn, they need to learn it more. That's true. >> But that's what he's saying though, like they don't even get convicted, so you can't even give them punishment. It's more like what do we do because we can't punish them. >> So you convict them, you actually convict them, and then now it's twice. So if they like let's say

17 they stole something, and they usually the time is 6 months, they do that and then they start it over again, so they got to do it 12 months. What are these people good at labor-wise? I feel like maybe picking ████ up? Like lifting stuff? >> Uh yeah, probably. >> they can you got to do construction for government building? >> ████ strength, aren't you? Yeah, a little bit. He's thinking Lenny. >> But I don't know I think like sub-70 IQ can't even follow basic directions. That's why you just put them all in like one city. >> [laughter] >> And they govern themselves? Yeah, like you put them all somewhere, so then like it's just it's a it's a safe space for them, but then they also aren't around everybody who would get convicted of this crime, so it becomes a safe space for them, too. So everybody just wins because there's two separate communities. Hey, why don't we just send them to Legoland and shut the whole thing down? Legoland sucks, but they'll probably think it's tight. Probably. I think it's tight. You think it's tight?

07 What's your IQ? >> [laughter] >> No, at least 70, I think. He's at 69, man. 69. 7. I think I just really think like I find such a correlation between this broken part of the system where repeat offenders come out and then they finally do a murder and they have like 25 past felonies and convictions. It's part of this. It's part of this reason where they just can't the system can't do anything because It's cuz they're making them think it's it's almost like, "Oh, they didn't know what they were doing. They're too dumb." But it's like, "Well, that doesn't take away from their violence." Like they're if they're able to commit violence, then just keep them away from the public. It's that simple. Yeah, but that's the thing is is now that we don't have those institutions, there's no place to to keep them. >> Or Squid Game. >> [laughter] >> Make it into a TV show? Yeah. That's kind of cool. >> how do you give them directions for each

57 game? Well, it doesn't matter cuz if they don't follow it. >> [clears throat] >> Build a fence around Toontown in Disney. Just add them all into Toontown cuz ain't nobody want to go to Toontown. >> [laughter] >> No, no, no, no. Some people still like Toontown. Some people like send them to the Buena Park Mall. Oh, man. Dude, just board up the Buena Park Mall, send them all over there. Well, Puente Hills is about to close down. And then in like 25 years they're like, "Did you hear they're building like a little society inside of Puente Hills Mall?" >> [laughter] >> Yeah, it's actually working out well. Do you think the Constitution should be amended in any part? Because that's where it's protected. But for this specifically, do you think that's >> even know that was a thing in the Constitution. If you're too dumb and you commit a crime, they'll just go ex- they'll just excuse you? competent to stand trial, they don't you don't stand trial. >> That's why we have the very popular

47 insanity defense. Which used to honestly be so like in the past, right? When we had enough mental institutions, pleading insanity was arguably in some cases worse because the conditions in some of those mental asylums were worse than being in jail. And you get lobotomies and ████ In some ways your fate was worse, so it was kind of like, "Oh, that's not a smart thing to like plead insanity when you're not because it actually, you know, could end So bring back lobotomies? We don't have that anymore. We just have literally like if this happens, this guy does a thing, pleads, you know, insanity or or incompetence, he's supposed to go to a facility, but the facility can't take him. >> Well, it get like if you think about the levels of murder and how they're charged, right? You got first degree, second, and you have manslaughter, you have all the different levels because it's based on how much Yeah, premeditation or was it an act of passion or whatever. If you're Basically, what they're arguing is if

37 this motherfucker's too dumb and he's impulsive, then it's never going to be premeditated. So you can't max you can't put him in max like capacity like you can't do it to the fullest extent of the law because the max that you could ever give an idiot is just like maybe manslaughter. Or whatever it is. >> Think about how long it took them to to make the Constitution in 1776. And then as they're wrapping it up, some guy's like, "What [clears throat] about the tardos, boys?" >> [laughter] >> And then they're like, "Oh, yeah, we got to figure something out real quick." >> [laughter] >> It's probably a new one, but yeah. Yeah, it's I think like also average IQ back then was pretty different, wasn't it? Dude, those guys were smarter than we'll ever be. For [laughter] sure. I thought it was 50. >> Oh, oh, you ever hear these these people who survived the Titanic, the videos of

27 them? They're so eloquent and like smart-sounding. They used to say program instead of program. >> to learn multiple languages and ████ like that. They're doing like arithmetic and stuff when they were like in the embryo. Like it was it was crazy. You like if you were like a a high person of society or or even just middle class, you talked eloquently. Dude, look at the '80s. 30-year-olds in the '80s looked like 70-year-olds. Yeah, facts. So I could be completely way off, but I think for my own personal how I've observed this, I really think that the stop Asian hate thing I think all the the crimes that are happening to reg- random-ass Asian people are low IQ criminals that kind of are just doing random ████ or opportunistic stuff that doesn't really stem beyond considering past that moment. >> problem with that is that they're constantly being re-released. You're

17 talking about guys who are being released like 20 ████ five times. Which I think reinforces, "Oh, this is cool. This is okay." >> bad. It's not bad to do this. >> [clears throat] >> Cuz I don't yeah, I think they should just be tried as unless you're actually ████ insane or whatever, I think you just be tried as a regular adult. Like you don't go like, "Oh, you know what? Um you failed this class, so but because you're stupid, I'm going to pass you." You know, if you if you don't get the right grade, you don't get the right grade. >> doing that. It's called the No Child Left Behind Act. That's where I think it starts. When you have these like public schoolings that are just like, "We're just going to pass everyone even if they can't ████ read." Then you just release sub IQ people into the world and then they end up having to survive any means necessary like we were talking about or like, you know, they see something in front of them, can they get it? Uh no, okay, yeah. And then next thing you know, just a regular person is victimized by it.

07 Over and over and over. So, I don't know the answer, but Seen this before. So, we're not sending them all to some place like a Legoland or anything. The answer is you get so rich, you don't have to be around this ████ >> [laughter] >> That's the real answer. >> is white flight. The real answer is you live in a gated community and your grandma could walk around a safe neighborhood where you know all your neighbors and not in ████ downtown Chinatown, Oakland. >> [laughter] >> Downtown Chinatown. You know what I mean? Like, that's the real answer. Like you could vote all you want, but >> like that lady that got like suplexed for her money at when she came out of the bank? Yeah. And the guy suplexed her twice. Oh, what the And she's paralyzed. Oh my god. >> Yeah. And they just pleaded, "Oh, he's not smart enough to know what the hell's going on." I mean, the thing is like whether or not they pleaded it they're not smart enough. I know for a fact they're not smart enough.

57 >> need to do that to them. They need to get suplexed two times. JK Justice. Yeah. That's exactly what I think low IQ criminality is. It's It's the It's the inability to have foresight to see that you will get caught for this crime. Absolutely. So, it's not worth doing, but you can't weigh the value. Well, you can't have civilized laws for uncivilized society. You know? You need medieval laws for medieval society. Yeah.
